Billing and Payments

Payment: We gratefully accept Cash, Certified Checque, Direct Bank Deposit and WiPay. Upon receipt of a final invoice, remaining payment or Payment in full is due within the time period specified on the invoice.

Where clients have been invoiced for services rendered and payment becomes outstanding after 30 days, All unique design work (completed website pages, domain name, template, images plus Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop files, scripts and databases, etc..) remain the property of the WR Web Plus Services & Solutions until paid for in full.

Monies that remains outstanding by the due date will incur late payment interest at the rate of 10% per month.

We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid sixty days from the date of invoice via collection Agencies and/or via other acceptable legal means in the event that the outstanding balance does not exceed $5000 TTD. In such circumstances, you shall be liable for any and all additional administrative and/or court costs

Content & Web Site Management

This refers to the agreement with clients to manage the content, design, functionality, maintenance and marketing of personal or company web sites within a contracted period of time.

This may include the renewal of domain names and webhosting accounts for which clients will be later invoiced.

Where maintenance contracts are in place for same-day or next-day content updates, completion times depend on when content is provided by the client.

Formal client requests for the design and creation of additional web pages or script features that exceed the number of pages of web design packages purchased will incur an additional cost per page that will be based on the original package purchased.

Cookies

Like most interactive web sites, third party applications and scripts that are installed & hosted as part of this website may contain cookies to enable ease of use, the functionality of this area and for us to retrieve user details for each visit. Some of our affiliate partners may also use cookies to monitor browsing preferences. If you do allow cookies to be used, the following personal information may be stored by us for use by third parties.

Governing Law

Any claim relating to WR Web Plus Services web site shall be governed by the laws of Trinidad & Tobago without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
